Pencil is a free/open-source tool for creating mockups of user interfaces. I created several stencil collections for the application that provide hand-made, customizable UI components for use when creating designs. The collections include components for designing Android Lollipop app interfaces and for mocking-up websites that use the popular Bootstrap framework.
